Delivery terms: We offer delivery through DHL, and the estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days from the confirmation email date. We do not reimburse any costs or offer discounts if the delivery falls outside the estimated delivery interval.
Right of withdrawal: Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are delivered, and they must notify us at hello@sporthast.com within this period if they wish to cancel their purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the product must be returned in unopened packaging.
