Terms of purchase

  1. Delivery terms: We offer delivery through DHL, and the estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days from the confirmation email date. We do not reimburse any costs or offer discounts if the delivery falls outside the estimated delivery interval.
  2. Right of withdrawal: Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are delivered, and they must notify us at hello@sporthast.com within this period if they wish to cancel their purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the product must be returned unused in original packaging.
  3. Approval of terms of use: By clicking "Complete purchase" in our digital cash register, customers accept our terms of use for ordering products and confirm their order. We send a confirmation email to the provided email address after purchase confirmation.
  4. Payment: We use Klarna as a third-party supplier for payments, and customers may pay by card payment, installment payment or invoice. Customers certify and approve Klarna's own terms for payment when using their services.
